My experience with the salesperson at Wolfchase Genesis was extremely disappointing. After the sale, there was little to no follow-up regarding questions and outstanding issues. I repeatedly had to reach out myself, and my calls and messages were not handled in a timely or helpful manner. Good customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed. I expected clear communication, prompt follow-up, and someone who would take ownership of resolving customer concerns. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in Wolfchase Genesis and will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so future customers receive the level of support they deserve.

Aaliyah is awesome!! She went back and forth to her manager for me several times until we reached a deal. Even though she gave me that "are you crazy" look with my first out the door price I wanted, she still went to her manager with it. Her manager was aite too but we'll leave his name out of this cause this is about Aaliyah. She's very professional and polite. I'll definitely be back when it's time to get my wife a new car. I've already recommended her to several of my friends and family. Hopefully a few of them buy a vehicle from her.
