I'm a Memphis native with over four years in the automotive industry, currently with Wolfchase Genesis Hyundai. I graduated from the University of Phoenix. My work has also taken me to palaces around the world. In my sales career, I'm known for being people-oriented and focused on building relationships. I thrive on connecting with others, whether it's understanding their needs or sharing my passion for cars. I enjoy communicating with everyone, especially those from diverse backgrounds. I consider myself fortunate to work in a sales environment, as I genuinely enjoy the communication and the opportunity to assist others. Outside of work, I'm a big fan of football, soccer, and golfing. I also enjoy traveling and reading.

While Bilal is a nice person, we felt that we never got the attention that we deserved. While looking and test driving the vehicle, Bilal seemed to be more concerned with watching a self-help video on his phone. We felt he didn’t understand the paperwork process, and when we came back to pick up the vehicle and pay for it, he was still eating despite knowing that we would be arriving at that time. I think he lacks the training needed to be in this role and I hope the dealership is willing to invest in him to help him succeed.
