Born and raised in Venezuela, I'm a seasoned Used Car Sales Manager with nearly two decades in the automotive industry. My journey has taken me from law school in Caracas (graduating in 2004) to specializing in helping people find the perfect vehicle. I thrive on connecting with customers, building relationships, and providing a transparent, informative experience. I believe in truly listening to understand each person's needs and budget. My goal is to make car buying enjoyable and stress-free. I've held roles in finance, inventory management, and both new and used car dealerships, giving me a broad perspective to help my clients. I excel at finding the best deals, even when special requests are involved. I offer quick, quality service and go the extra mile to assist customers, even those buying remotely. I am now working for Wolfchase Genesis Hyundai of Memphis. Family is everything; I have a beautiful wife, a realtor, and four amazing children: one son and three daughters. Outside of work, I'm passionate about baseball (played competitively for a decade), music, and exploring new places - I especially love the Caribbean, having visited several islands and countries. I enjoy video editing, photography, and staying connected with people. My faith and love for my family drive me, and I cherish both the USA and my Venezuelan heritage. I also enjoy the adventure of off-road vehicles. I love discussing travel and food.
