I don’t often write reviews, but my recent experience deserves to be recognized. Following a previous service visit two years ago where I unfortunately drove away without any oil in my vehicle, I was understandably hesitant about returning to the Wolfchase Service Department. That experience had shaken my confidence, and I questioned whether I wanted to continue having my vehicle serviced there. I purchased another vehicle snd followed all of the required maintenance schedule. When I returned this past week, I was concerned that I might face another disappointing experience. Instead, I had the pleasure of working with my Service Advisor, Mr. Chandler Armstrong, and everything changed. As a Corporate Executive Specialist for one of Memphis’ largest corporations and one of the world’s leading transportation and delivery companies, I understand the importance of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
