Hello, everyone! My name is Joanne Gooden, and I would like to welcome you to Wolfchase Genesis Hyundai of Memphis. I joined the auto industry over 30 years ago. I enjoy providing outstanding customer service and love to receive impeccable reviews. I am known for having a very loyal customer base. That’s because I treat my guests with the respect they deserve, and I go that extra mile to solve their vehicle problems. The best aspect of my job is developing long-term relationships with my guests and taking care of their investments. I get to know my customers by name and earn their trust. When it comes to life outside of the dealership, I love to spend every moment possible with my family and friends. My husband and I are the proud parents of three children and five grandchildren. I also enjoy traveling when time permits.

My experience with Joanne Gooden and Wolfchase Hyundai overall was great!!! As a customer, I really appreciated the updates as progress was made on my vehicle... always keeping me informed. My routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation), and later, a warranty item and recall, could not have been addressed more professionally or handled in a more timely manner! 5 STARS! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Again, a very positive appointment and we are always appreciative of the service that is provided via Joanne Gooden's experiences. However, we purchased a ten-year warranty on our vehicle from the dealership. Due to the ambiguous language the contract did not clearly specify the end date, which it should have plainly indicated. I'm sure we aren't the only ones caught unaware due to the technical language on the warranty form. This flaw should be corrected for other customers who purchase warranties from Wolfchase Hyundai. Thank you!
