My name is Joshua Burchett, and I’m a Sales Consultant at Wolfchase Hyundai and Genesis. I’m new to the automotive industry, with about five months of experience, and I can confidently say I’ve found something I truly enjoy. I’m very tech-focused and love learning every feature and function of the vehicles I sell so I can help my customers feel confident and excited about their purchase. My mission is simple: deliver great customer service and provide an easy, stress-free buying experience. There’s nothing better than seeing a customer satisfied as they drive off in their new vehicle. Outside of work, I’m a gamer and a big animal lover. I have two Siberian Huskies and a cat that keep me busy when I’m not at the dealership. The car business also runs in my family—my older brother has over 20 years of experience and is currently a General Manager at a Hyundai store. Following in his footsteps and continuing to grow in this industry is a major goal of mine. Very unprofessional. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I purchased a vehicle with a broken screen, which they clearly knew about before the sale. They rushed me through the paperwork and had me sign the vehicle as-is, and now they are refusing to address or repair the issue.

Omg where do I start? From the beginning customer service was at a 10+. Mr. Nelson referred Mr.Josh over to handle my paperwork during the approval process. Mr. Josh was very polite with me, he was very informative throughout the whole process of me getting approved for financing a car. Even after I was approved for the car he took a picture with me standing next to a bow on the car which I thought was really cute and danty lol. I really appreciate having a pleasant experience with Mr. Josh something I will never forget. Thankyou Mr. Josh for that humbling experience and much more success to you.
