Mitchell did a fantastic job of guiding us through the process of having a warranty, covered problem cared for, as well as another warranty coverage problem that surface during the call. He also helped us get a needed coolant flush done. Watch the initial problem was confirmed to be present and covered by warranty, he helped us to get a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place. Items that were totally not under control of Mitchell were the acquisition of the needed parts by the dealership, so we know that is unavoidable. I will definitely reach out to Mitchell for any other problem than we have and know that we will be dealt in a fair and competent manner.
