I cannot recommend this salesperson enough! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the tech specs—especially the Bluelink setup and the safety features—without ever being pushy. They actually listened to what I needed for my daily commute. The finance team (Rico) was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the protective coverages, including GAP insurance and the final loan terms, making sure I was comfortable with the numbers before anything was signed. They respected my time. Ben was really fast. I didn't have to spend the entire day in a waiting room; the paperwork was streamlined, and the vehicle was ready to go exactly when promised. I walked away with a 2026 Hyundai Elantra Limited and Randy was with me every step in the decision making process!!!

My overall experience with Randy Daniel was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. On March 2, 2026, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I was the sole buyer, accompanied by my wife during the shopping process. I clearly listed my phone number as the primary contact and my wife’s number only as an alternate. On March 17 at approximately 7:45 PM, Randy contacted my wife—who was not the buyer—from a number flagged as spam (901-746-5927) that could not be returned. He claimed he was calling about a survey. My wife immediately directed him to contact me, the actual purchaser. Despite this, Randy insisted on speaking with her. She briefly responded that the car was fine, ended the call, and notified me. At no point did Randy attempt to contact me directly. I went to Wolfchase Hyundai to report this issue. Upon arrival, Randy approached me and asked what was wrong. I informed him I wished to speak with a supervisor regarding his inappropriate contact with my wife instead of me. While waiting, Randy made dismissive and confrontational remarks, including stating, “go ahead, they’re not going to do anything about it.” He then escalated the situation by telling me, “you can’t come in here running nothing,” followed by, “you don’t know me, you don’t want this smoke, and I know you know you don’t.” I found this language threatening and entirely unprofessional. I reported the incident to Mr. Che and Mr. Nelson, clearly expressing that such statements constitute a veiled threat and are unacceptable in any customer interaction. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and conduct that should not be tolerated in any business environment.
