Shamika constantly kept me updated on the progress of my car. I had several things that needed to be done. She became very personal with helping me get my remote to work in a specific way that I wanted it to work using one of the text to help me and it was just the nicest thing that somebody understood that I had a problem. She is a very good customer service person.
